Return eligibility
To request a return, contact info@dcollagenstore.com within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging.
Please include your order number. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back; do not send it to the manufacturer.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@dcollagenstore.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can review it and help resolve the problem.
Return shipping
For an eligible change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. Return shipping is charged only once. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We will explain any applicable return-shipping arrangements before you send the item back.
Refunds
We will email you after receiving and inspecting your return to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
